The standard warranty of your CBS server is 1 or 3 years onsite D+1 (8X5)

Warranty extensions (Service Contracts)

CBS warranty extensions extend your hardware’s warranty up to 5 years (For Certain Brand). Choose the service level adapted to your needs, from the most basic service, to the most critical.

Onsite intervention
The authorised repair/ replacement will be carried out on the site chosen by the customer. A certified CBS engineer intervenes on the customer’s premises to repair any hardware dysfunctions. If the repair requires the replacement of a hard drive, the engineer will ensure that the operating system is restored, and that it works well, with the customer’s CD and registration number. All intervention costs ( transport, parts and workforce) will be taken in charge of by CBS.

D+1: A technician intervenes on the customer’s premises to ensure the service maintenance in 4hours

4H (8x5): An CBS technician intervenes at the customer’s to ensure the maintenance service in the 4hours prior to phone call. This support is available 5 days/9 during normal working hours (8am-5pm)

4H (24x7): An CBS technician intervenes at the customer’s to ensure the maintenance service in the 4hours prior to phone call. This support is available at any time (day and night) and every day, including bank holidays.
